I have been offering outstanding teaching and tutoring for over fifteen years, and have coached students to A and A* grades at A Level, helped students gain places at schools such as Rugby and Godolphin and Latymer. Recently, students of mine have gained places at Somerville College, Oxford to study Literature. I have helped many students with ADD, ADHD, Aspergers and Dyslexia. I have a Doctorate in Romantic Period Literature, and have taught undergraduates and post-graduates at St Andrews University, where I was told by the then Head of Department, Professor Robert Crawford, that I was a 'natural' teacher. I have superb subject knowledge, fantastic questioning skills and a deep love of my subject. I bring my expertise as a poet to everything I teach. I tutor children from 11+ and Common Entrance to A-Level. I also teach adults, and offer a poetry mentoring and coaching service.
